The relevant Bill "On Amendments to several Laws of Ukraine as regards Improvement of State Regulation of Housing Construction" (Reg. No. 4020) is under consideration in the Committee on Finance and Banking.
The amendments are introduced to the following Laws: "On Financial and credit Mechanisms and Property Management in the Course of housing Construction and Operations with Real Estate", "On Advertisement", "On Investment Activity", "On Insurance". The amendments regulate the issues concerning funding housing construction at the expense of the citizens.
The Bill includes a regulation that imposes a ban on advertising a resident house construction without indicated information about all the subjects that participate and fund the construction, and information regarding availability of all permits for construction of a particular resident house, established by the legislation, licenses on relevant types of activity, and data concerning allocation of the land plot for a resident house construction.
