This Bill (Reg. No.3377), introduced by The People's Deputy, M. Sadovy, proposes the addition of new provisions to the existing Law, thus allowing the Lessor to terminate the Leasing Contract unilaterally, in the case that the Leaseholder should incur a debt in the payment of wages to his staff.
The Author justified the introduced amendments by the necessity to strengthen the responsibility by Leaseholders of State-owned and Municipal property to the State, and primarily to those employees working in the leased businesses.
The Committee Members upheld the opinion of The Central Scientific Examination Division within The Office and Administrative Department of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, recommending that this Bill be elaborated for its First Reading taking on board the comments and proposals put forward.
