The relevant Bill "On Amendments to the Law "On Financial Services and State Regulation of the Financial Services Markets" was registered in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The Bill (Reg. No. 4017) envisages penalty sanctions for violations of the law at the financial services markets and amenability for administrative offences connected with activity at the financial services markets.
Inter alia, it is suggested to extend infliction of penalty sanctions and fines for violations of the law at the financial services markets on the legal entities, which are not the subjects of business activities, and on their officials. The biggest possible rate of penalty sanctions, inflicted on the subjects of economical activity for unlicensed activity at the financial services market is raised from 5000 to 10000 exemption limits of citizens´ income. The rate of fines inflicted on the officials is also raised from 50 to 200 exemption limits of the citizens´ income.
