The Bill (Reg. No. 3743) envisages amendments to the Law "On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine" regarding compiling financial and consolidated financial reporting according to the international standards of financial reporting by the banks, insurance companies and enterprises-issuers, the securities of which are in listing of the trade organizers on the stock market.
In some cases the State accountants will be empowered to keep the accounting and compile financial reporting of the budget funds managers. This will contribute to the quality of organization and keeping of the accounting and control over compiling the financial reporting in budget institutions.
It is expected to propose an amendment regarding the possibility of withdrawing documents of the enterprise only due to the written resolution of the authorized bodies.
The Bill includes regulations concerning simplified compiling of the shortened financial reporting by the non-profit organizations (excluding those, the annual reporting of which is liable to promulgation). Such organizations do not usually have information which should be disclosed in the forms of full reporting.
