The Bill (Reg. No. 3640) envisages amendments to Articles 50 and 78 of the Budget Code of Ukraine aimed at prohibition of using bills while settling the accounts with State and local budget. It is suggested to supplement Article 13 of the Law "On Economic Associations" and Article 86 of the Economic Code of Ukraine with the regulation concerning prohibition of using articles as payments to statutory fund of the economic association.
To establish amenability for violation of regulations concerning issue of bills by the subjects of exchange law, the Bill envisages imposing a fine on the economic entities that violate legislation in the field of circulation of bills.
Adoption of the Bill will promote coordination of current legislation with adopted Law "On Circulation of Bills in Ukraine" that was worked out in accordance with international standards in this field.
