On Tuesday, during his Working Visit to The Dnipropetrovsk Region, The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, O. Moroz, met with Lecturers and Students of The Dniprodzerzhynsk State Engineering University.
O. Moroz outlined the current political situation referring to an early election as 'a ruse which will bring no good to Ukraine'.
'It is perfectly well understood by everyone that neither Parliament´s membership or the configuration of political forces will change. The only difference will be a somewhat larger membership of the new Coalition,' he added,
The new Parliament, according to O. Moroz, 'should create harmony so that such ploys cannot be used ever again, and no one can ignore the Constitution'. 'The Constitution should be adhered to, and examined for any shortcomings,' he said.
Speaking on the reformation of Education, O. Moroz spoke of the issues demanding legislative regulation, and among them the production facilities run by student teams, which should be free of taxation, the allocation of land for the building of Halls of Residence, an increase in the number of State-funded students, etc.
