The Bill (Reg. No. 3738), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, proposes to establish the procedure of receiving a permit for execution of work and exploitation of equipment of high danger on the legislative level.
According to the requirements of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On System of Permissions in the Field of Economic Activity", the Bill determines the cases of obligatory receipt of the permissive document and the permissive body authorized to issue such documents, the terms of adopting the decision on issue or denial to issue the permit. The Bill also comprises exhaustive list of reasons for denying to issue the permit and revocation of the permit.
Implementation of the Law will bring the legislation on protection of labour in correspondence with basic principles of State policy regarding system of permissions in the field of economic activity, namely: transparent procedure of permit issue, reduction of the level of State regulation of economic activity, observance of equality of rights of economic activity subjects whilst permit issue etc.
