On 21-22 July A.Martyniuk, the Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, visited Lviv and Volyn regions during his workings visit to the western regions of Ukraine.
During his stay in Lviv region on Saturday 21 July A.Martyniuk, the Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, had a meeting with the community of Lviv region, gave an interview to the "Press-Time" newspaper, appeared in the live broadcast of "Lvivska Khvylia" radio station and on the regional television, held a press conference for the local mass media.
On the request of the public, A.Martyniuk commented on the political and social situation in Ukraine, having dwelled on such issues as holding early parliamentary election in Autumn, introducing amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine at the possible referendum, establishment of the two-chamber parliament, configuration of political forces in the newly-elected parliament.
Communicating with the public, A.Martyniuk answered numerous questions about current social and economical development of Ukraine and Lviv region, further actions of the Government aimed at increase of the level of the people´s life.
During his stay in Volyn region, on Sunday 22 July A.Martyniuk, the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, took part in rallies held in celebration of 43rd anniversary of liberation from German-Nazi aggressors of two district centers of the region: Stara Vyzhivka and Ratne.
