Head of Verkhovna Rada Committee on Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship Viktor Halasiuk takes part in an event in frames of Rada for Europe project

Viktor Halasiuk pointed out the necessity for transferring authorities along with sources of state budget replenishment to local authorities.

The people's deputy also noted that the issue of decentralization should be settled not only within regional but also in the context of investment and industrial policies.
