The draft law No. 2459 offers to supplement
the list of types of approvals, appealing against which does not hinder further
consideration of a case by the court of first instance, with an approval on
opening of proceedings in a case should such an approval be previously appealed
against by a party appealing repeatedly.
Respective
amendments are offered to Section 3 of Article 293 of the Civil Procedure Code
of Ukraine.
