Morning plenary session is over

The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy opened the meeting. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman was said to be in attendance at the meeting.

An “Ask the Government” hour started.

The Social Policy Minister A.Reva reported on the progress in the law on higher pensions. The Justice Minister P.Petrenko then reported on rendering a free legal aid to Ukrainian citizens by the ministry capable, as said, of servicing some nine million odd people. The Government kept answering questions of the House.

The “Ask the Government” hour elapsed.

The First Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Iryna Herashchenko announced MPs’ enquiries.

MPs exchanged their statements, announcements and proposals.

Amid the talks, Volodymyr Lytvyn, an MP, made known of his secession from the “People’s Will” parliamentary group.

The presiding officer Iryna Herashchenko closed the meeting finally.

From October the 23th until the 27th, MPs will be having their voter education.

From October the 30th until November the 3rd, they will be having their committees’ work.

The next plenary meeting shall take place on Tuesday, November the 7th.
