In the course of the meeting, the Parties discussed bilateral cooperation as well as reforms implemented in Ukraine.

Besides, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andrii Parubii said Ukraine has managed to overcome the political crisis, which was good for the Ukrainian authorities. "I am confident that we have considerable potential both in the Parliament itself and in cooperation between the Parliament and the Government. This cooperation will compensate several months of reforms' idling," he said.

According to the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada, in absence of full political will no reforms will be possible. "We have already discussed this issue with the Cabinet of Ministers and Mr. [Volodymyr] Groysman," he said. Parubii also added that Parliament's top-priority tasks are the adoption of the draft laws required for further cooperation with the International Monetary Fund, implementation of the judicial reform and the reformation of the Ukrainian Parliament.
