Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman has called on the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to start constructive dialogue with the Ukrainian Parliament and to abandon looking for the guilty.

Groysman said this during "an hour of questions to the Government of Ukraine" at the Ukrainian Parliament on Friday.

Commenting on the criticism towards the Verkhovna Rada by some ministers, the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada noted that in hard times the Ukrainian legislature always supported "any ministry."

The Chairperson of the Ukrainian Parliament said the Verkhovna Rada would not support "unacceptable" initiatives from the ministries.

"I would not like to eye the cases, in which some is called dumber or smarter. Thus, I call on everyone to cooperate constructively to move forward," he said addressing Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

Groysman noted that the Ukrainian Parliament and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine have many times acted showing their "consolidated responsibility," for instance "when saving" the decentralization.

"I will not let accuse and insult the deputies only. It refers to all Ukrainian deputies, absolutely all of them," Groysman said.

Groysman called on the Parliament and the Government to respect each other.
