A. Parubiy, R.Perry in today’s talks over energy security

On November 12, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy held an ample discussion on energy security with the United States Secretary of Energy Rick Perry

The chairman named the discussion topic to be “one of the most pivotal issues for Ukraine”.

The parties discussed cooperation in nuclear energy and supplies of liquefied gas to Ukraine.

Andriy Parubiy invited American investors to partake in joint management of the Ukrainian gas transportation system.

Rick Perry noted he did welcome the US-Ukraine cooperation in energy security and underlined that the United States remain to be a consistent and reliable partner to Ukraine.
