“Meeting its obligations under the EU-UA Association Agreement stands among top priority tasks for Ukraine,” – Andriy Parubiy
While the plenary-season concluding press conference, the Chairman has placed today a special emphasis on how important for Ukraine is the fulfillment of its commitments under the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union.
“Rendering their dues, I am to say we have traveled the road alongside the whole government of Ukraine, the euro-integration committee and the line minister, hand to hand with the Vice-Prime Minister and the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman. We have drawn up the joint “road map” in general for those bills which are undoubtedly required for implementation of the Association Agreement,” underscored Andriy Parubiy.
According to him, a total list of fifty-seven legislative enactments has been drawn up, and about twenty laws have been adopted either on the second or on the first reading waiting thence for their consideration in autumn.
"This is quite a challenging goal, however there has already been made a series of very important and decisive steps towards this end," emphasized the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
