‘The state budget cluster of laws shall hit the week’s highlight’ – A.Parubiy, the Chairman, at opening a Conciliation Board meeting on Monday
This week the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine shall strap to agrarian policies, the 2018 state budget bill on the first reading, a draft bill on national symbols, and ratification draft bills for a set of international transport-related agreements.
“Handling the first reading 2018 draft budget will to my mind be the hallmark of the plenary week. Like before, the next year budget is to push security and defence issues to the fore,” stressed the Chairman.
The Wednesday will by the numbers be dedicated to ratification of the bills standing over from the last week.
The Tuesday will have the national symbols bill to see.
This week agenda will also cover a draft bill on parliamentary reform which is meant to establish a parliamentary committees-to-ministries ratio.
The Chairperson of the Parliament A.Parubiy also reminded that next week a UA parliamentary delegation would pay a visit to Paris to meet European colleagues.
