The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy opened the session.

The floor was given to members of parliament from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc “Solidarity” and the People’s Front Party of Ukraine who made it public out the stark facts of plundering lands by dignitaries in Obukhiv region of Kyiv oblast. The factions demanded having up the plunderers.

The Chairman then announced the Cabinet was in attendance there headed by the Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroisman. Then there was an “Ask the Government” hour. A draft bill was presented during the hour – on upgrading of child non-support penalties, and a pressing environmental issue was outlined - utilization and waste processing and the need in framing a national waste management strategy. The ministers answered MPs’ questions.

MPs delivered their statements, announcements and proposals.

The presiding officer closed the meeting.

The next plenary sitting shall take place on November the 14th.
