One committee is today in focus:
Committee on Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism
…held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova to Ukraine.
The committee’s first deputy head met with Ruslan Bolbocean, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova to Ukraine. The meeting parties discussed mutual development of physical culture and sports, youth policy and tourism in Ukraine and Moldova. The first deputy head gave an overview on the committee’s tasks and goals. He stressed that cooperation between the neighboring countries is vital for Ukraine. Exchange of experience between Ukraine and Moldova would give a start to new opportunities in how to implement the best parts of legislations of the both states and promote the friendly ties.
The Ukrainian parliamentarian made also a proposal to consolidate this collaboration through subscription of a memorandum between the one-field committees of both countries.
Ruslan Bolbocean, the Ambassador
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova to Ukraine backed
this initiative. He also related on the governmental reform in Moldova and
denoted that the Moldavian cabinet allocated 150 places for Ukrainian children
to recreate. The Ambassador too underscored the need in a closer collaboration
between Ukraine and Moldova as the countries are neighbours having a variety of
problems in common.
Concluding the meeting, the committee’s first deputy head expressed his gratitude to Ruslan Bolbocean, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova to Ukraine for the common problems discussion. The sides agreed upon the future meetings and plans as to enhancement of such important spheres as sports, tourism, youth policy, and so on.
