During the plenary week, which lasted from September 29 to 30, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted 4 Laws and 5 draft laws.
Adopted four Laws of Ukraine:
- No. 3287-1 “On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine and Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Elimination of Terminological Inconsistencies”
- No. 3006а “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On State Assistance to Families with Children’ Concerning the Provision of One-Time Natural Assistance at Childbirth called ‘Baby Box’
- No. 3648 “On the Safety and Quality of Donor Blood and Blood Components”
- No. 3014 “On Electronic Communications”
At first reading adopted five bills:
- No. 3961 “On Amendments to Clause 1 of Section XII ‘Final and Transitional Provisions’ of the Law of Ukraine “On Concession”
- No. 3577 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts Concerning the Protection of Housing Rights of Orphans and Children Deprived of Parental Care, Persons Among Them”
- No. 2443 “On Amendments to Article 46 of the Housing Code of the Ukrainian SSR Concerning the Extraordinary Provision of Housing to Persons Registered Before January 1, 1993 and Living in Temporary Housing”
- No. 3628 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning Strengthening Liability for Offenses in the Sphere of Sale of Electronic Cigarettes and Liquids Used in Electronic Cigarettes to Children”
