On Wednesday, May 8, the Ukrainian parliament adopted a number of decisions, including:
11234 and 11235 — approved the Decrees of the President of Ukraine "On Extension of the Martial Law in Ukraine" and "On Extension of the General Mobilization Period" for 90 days.
11237 — appealed to the governments and parliaments of foreign countries, international organizations, parliamentary assemblies, in connection with the 80th anniversary of the genocide of the Crimean Tatar people in 1944.
IN GENERAL:
9387 — amended the Budget Code of Ukraine in connection with the adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On Peculiarities of Termination of State-Owned Enterprises by Decision of the State Property Fund of Ukraine";
11079-1 — amended the Criminal, Criminal Procedure, Criminal Executive Codes of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine to introduce the institution of early release of persons from serving their sentences for their direct participation in the defense of the country.
