The Chairman gave the floor to representatives of parliamentary factions and groups who then made their announcements, statements, reports, and proposals.
After the end of the speeches, the presiding officer observed that not all committees had yet submitted their proposals to the ninth session’s agenda.
He suggested that the committees table their proposals by the end of the week, while today they would approve the ongoing plenary week’s agenda.
The officer also informed that only second reading bills would be reviewed at the current meeting.

On faster product details promulgation: Draft bill No.4571
There has been taken the bill amending the law of Ukraine “On the distribution of copies of audiovisual works, phonograms, videograms, computer programs, databases”. The bill supplements the law with a new paragraph binding a control-mark taker to publish on its official site the fullest information of the product the mark was intended for within three days from the day of obtaining the control mark.
On cross-border cooperation: Draft bill No.6085
The adopted bill alters certain laws of Ukraine on cross-border cooperation. It introduces a range of new notions and definitions in the field of euro-regional and territorial cooperation as well as regulations governing their activities.
The law runs that overall coordination of cross-border cooperation as well as the legal compliance oversight shall be solely conducted by a central executive body in charge of implementing a state regional policy, nevertheless in concert with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine within the framework of appropriate international agreements in force.
On alienation of housing accommodations to own workers: Draft bill No.3131
There has been taken the bill amending the law of Ukraine on state-owned property management. The updated law refines the alienation procedure of dwellings by government sector economic entities in favour of their own workers.
The law is now supplemented with a new paragraph stating, in brief, once an entity is wholly-owned by the state (100% shareholding) is it entitled to alienate dwellings for their own workers by means of sale in pursuance of collective agreements signed without the use of competitive principles.
On harmonization of expert review procedures for construction projects: Draft bill No.8015
There has been taken the bill amending a set of local legislative enactments that govern producing private investments in construction of renewable energy facilities.
The bill taken reconciles the procedures of expert reviewing the construction projects and specifies methodology of their consequence classifying.
Appropriate amendments shall be introduced in the law of Ukraine “On regulation of urban development” and some other related regulatory enactments.
Sugar laws to expire: Draft bill No.4532
There has been taken the bill killing a number of legislative enactments regarding state regulation of sugar production and sales, including the law of Ukraine “On State Regulation of Sugar Production and Sale” of 1999.
