The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine opened the session.

He marked it inadmissible to have the things that had happened in the Parliament yesterday any more. “I cannot take that the work of the Conciliation Board and the Parliament is impeded by anybody. I evenly cannot take aggression against members of parliament or the parliament staff who came out yesterday from the edifice,” he stressed. Then, he called on the protesters’ leaders to vacate the Parliament’s premises.

MPs exchanged their announcements, statements, and proposals.

MPs then proceeded to discussions over the bill No.6327 on public financial guarantees for medical service and medication. They made 786 amendments from the 893 tabled. Reviewing the bill is to be continued at the Thursday’s sitting on October the 19th.

The presiding officer closed the meeting.
