Two law-amending bills (No.7118, 7118-1) on land resources management within united territorial communities’ lands prepared by the Cabinet of Ministers and by MPs correspondingly, have been scrutinized at the today’s committee sitting.
In brief, the
mentioned bills provide for a wider range of land management powers to rural,
settlement and town/city authorities.
The bills’ talks have resulted in a recommendation to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to take the bill No.7118-1 (i.e. prepared by MPs) on the first reading.
