The bill (Reg. No. 4921) aims at specifying rights of the disabled people of the first and second groups stipulated by the current law: introducing the right to priority service at prevention and treatment facilities and pharmacies.
The Committee members took into consideration that current version of article 38 of the Law "On the basis of social protection of disabled people in Ukraine" stipulates the right of disabled people of the first and second groups to "priority service at cash desks of city and intercity transportation, and at enterprises, institutions and organizations of all forms of property and subordination that provide services to the population".
