The bill (Reg. No. 2212) suggests amending article 58 of the Law “On the Status and Social Protection of Citizens who Suffered as a Result of Chornobyl Catastrophe”, particularly by providing a new version of article 58 “Payment of pensions for employed pensioners”.

Following the results of consideration, the decision was taken to recommend the Committee on Social Policy, Employment and Pension Provision, which specializes in consideration of the document, to exclude clause one of Section I of the bill (amendments to article 58 of the Law “On the Status and Social Protection of Citizens who Suffered as a Result of Chornobyl Catastrophe”) and leave the existing version of article 58 of the Law.
