In view of withdrawal of military units from Debaltseve and establishing a new defence line near Artemivsk, Committee members took the decision to address the President of Ukraine, Secretary of the National Defence and Security Council of Ukraine, Chief of Headquarters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Defence Minister, Commander of Ground Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and Chair of Donetsk Oblast State Administration to urgently take measures for hardening and fortification of a new defence line.  

The working group, consisting of Committee members – Andrii Teteruk (head of the working group) and the peoples’ deputies Yulii Mamchur, Artur Herasymov, Andrii Levus, Dmytro Tymchuk and Taras Pastukh, shall elaborate a detailed Committee’s draft decision.
