The bill (Reg. No. 1256) suggests a new version of the Law “On the Development and State Support to Small and Medium-Size Entrepreneurship in Ukraine” and in connection with its adoption make several amendments to the Economic Code, the laws “On the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine” and “On the Fundamentals of State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity”, and recognize the laws “On the National Program for Promoting Development of Small Entrepreneurship in Ukraine” and “On Entrepreneurship” as invalid.
Following the results of consideration, Committee members upheld the bill adoption of which, they believe, will allow fundamentally refine legislative support to forming and implementing state policy in the sphere of development of small and medium-size entrepreneurship, as well as establish favorable legal conditions for eliminating barriers and negative factors on the way to implementing legal initiatives, etc.
