On Thursday, 25 April, the people’s deputies of Ukraine adopted a number of decisions.
Adopted as a whole:
No. 8244 – adopted the Law on Amendments to the Labour Code of Ukraine on Succession in Labour Relations. The document stipulates that in the event that an enterprise is transferred to another owner, employees retain the same rights and obligations as provided for in employment contracts between employees and the previous owner.
No. 7731 – amended the Labour Code of Ukraine to establish additional grounds for termination of an employment contract at the initiative of the employer and certain other issues. The document entitles the employer to dismiss an employee, in particular, in the event of the entry into force of a court verdict convicting the employee of a crime against the foundations of national security of Ukraine.
No. 9453 – amended certain laws of Ukraine regarding the proportional calculation of insurance period for persons who worked outside Ukraine.
No. 5695 – amended certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the regulation of labour of domestic workers.
The draft law was adopted as a basis:
No. 10017 – proposed amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine on compulsory state social insurance.
No. 10256 – the draft law on the registration of persons whose lives and health were damaged as a result of the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine was adopted in the first reading. The document provides for the creation of a State Register of persons affected by the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine.
No. 9423 – the draft law on the state veteran patronage service was adopted.
