Hanna Hopko, head of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, participated in the National marathon "The Role of Citizens in Political Reforms"

“Depth and pace of reforms depend on ability of the civil society to maintain the level of activity and responsibility that has arisen as a result of the Revolution of Dignity," said H. Hopko, speaking at a meeting of the final forum.

According to her, "Ukraine has been forced to fulfill three top tasks during the last five years - to build a single state, to protect it from the Russian aggression and at the same time to modernize it, carrying out reforms".

"Over the past few years, Ukraine has undergone more changes than during the entire period of its independence," noted the member of parliament.

"It is very important that we all together do everything possible, so that the feats and attainments of the last years do not collapse, but - inversely - deepen and become irreversible, aiming to mercilessly eradicate corruption and monopolism, to overcome resistance, not to give a chance to populism and revanchism," addressed Hanna Hopko  to participants of the meeting.
