The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy opened the moning plenary session.

A.Parubiy reminded there is a fundamental decentralization reform going on in Ukraine, intended to make local communities stronger, more self-dependent and wealthy.

The presiding officer informed that the members of the Cabinet of Ministers, headed by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman, were taking part in the meeting.

The questions hour began.

The floor was given to the veterans affairs minister Iryna Friz, who reported on the newly established vet affairs ministry, the unified state register of veterans and the like.

The Prime Minister and the members of the Government answered the questions from the floor.

The questions hour ended at this point.

Afterwards, members of parliament made their announcements, statements, reports, and proposals.

 

The presiding officer closed the meeting.

 

For December 10-14 parliamentarians will have their committee work.

The next plenary sitting shall take place on December 18, 2018.
