Under consideration, there is a bill on ratification of the Ukraine-Netherlands treaty (exchange of notes) on extension of the agreement between Ukraine and the Kingdom of the Netherlands on the international mission to protect investigation into MH17 crash until August 1, 2019.

On extension of UA-NL treaty over MH17 int’l investigation mission
The deed’s validity was thereby extended until August 1, 2019. The said bitaleral agreement was signed in Kyiv on July 23, 2018. The newly adopted treaty becomes effective starting from the date of receipt of the last written notice stating the parties to have accomplished all internal procedures needful for the treaty to take effect.
About amendments to trilateral treaty on joint troop unit

The parliament passed the law of Ukraine "On ratification of the Treaty between the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine regarding the establishment of a joint military unit named after the great Hetman Kostiantyn Ostrozhskyi".
The Verkhovna Rada has validated the said treaty that amends the above agreement signed on October 5, 2017 in Lublin (Poland).
The treaty becomes effective in thirty days from the date of receipt by the Depositary government of the last written notice stating the parties to have accomplished all domestic procedures needful for the treaty to take effect.
On amendments to Ukraine’s budget code

The parliament passed the bill “On amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine”. The bill amends the code which has introduced a medium-term budget planning policy. The law frames the legal principles for making and reviewing the Budget declaration.
In particular, the bill also specifies the phases (or timelines) and procedure of the budgetary process, gives new ways to apply the Management by Objectives (MBO) method in budget planning, introduces a new instrument - a spending review, enunciates the legal grounds for fiscal risks management, determines the structure and composition of a local financial plan and many more.
About interim report of ad hoc inquiry commission on embezzlement in the military

The parliament passed the resolution “On interim report of the Ad hoc commission of inquiry of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine investigating the facts of peculation in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and undermining the state’s defence within the period of 2004-2017”.
The report has been considered by the parliament. To compile more information, the length of the investigation has been extended by six more months from the date of this resolution.
