After the break, the lawmakers proceeded with debating the business of the day. The bill No.9085 on certain taxation changes is under review at the moment.

On virements in CEC funding

--Draft bill No.8496

On the first reading, there was adopted the draft bill No.8496 “On amendments to Appendix 3 to the Law of Ukraine “On 2018 State Budget of Ukraine””.

The bill is to change the appendix 3 “Allocation of costs of the 2018 State Budget of Ukraine”, approved by the Law of Ukraine “On 2018 State Budget of Ukraine”, providing for the increase in the CEC (Central Election Commission) general fund’s charges for financing the budgetary programmes “administration and management of elections and referenda” (code 7631010) and “functioning of the State electoral register” (code 6731050) – by UAH 49.66 million in total.

At the same time, the bill cuts financing of another budgetary programme (code 6741020) by the same amount. The untapped funds from the budgetary programme (code 6741020) amounting to UAH 75.77 million are to be channelled to developing the infrastructural facilities listed in the document.

On remapping area of Ukrzaliznytsia’s debt standstill

--Draft law No.9069

The parliament has carried the law “On amendments to certain legislative enactments of Ukraine regarding the rail transport enterprises whose property lies in the area of repulse and deterrence against aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, and in the area of anti-terrorist operation”.

The law specificates the territory of temporary debt standstill over PAT “Ukrzaliznytsia”’s assets for rail transport enterprises’ liabilities whose property lies in the above mentioned areas.

The said changes shall be introduced in the laws of Ukraine “On peculiarities of formation of a common railway carrier stock corporation” and “On enforcement proceedings”.
