The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy opened the morning plenary session.

The presiding officer gave the floor to representatives of the parliamentary factions and groups to make their announcements, statements, reports, and proposals. After their speeches, parliamentarians switched over to reviewing the issues according to the business of the day.

Parliamentarians entered into debate over the bill No.8060 covering the bankruptcy proceedings. The bill bristles with amendments, running up to 1600 items. Parliamentarians considered 1297 amendments. The bankruptcy bill work shall be resumed at the next plenary meeting.
