The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy opened the morning session.

He reported on the results of the investigation prepared by the International Commission on the MH17 tragedy (JIT) that occurred with the Malaysian Airlines’ craft. The international investigator has finally said that the plane was shot down by Russian military personnel from the 53rd air defense missile brigade located nearby Kursk. The investigating commission succeeded in finding out details of the terrible crush circumstances.

"This is to re-affirm the actual state of affairs that it was the Russian occupant who then began the aggression against Ukraine in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions and it will not be able to mask Russia's involvement in the crime against Ukraine and the crime against the entire civilized world," he said.

The head of the Ukrainian parliament also congratulated all parents and pupils on the ‘last bell’ day in schools.

The presiding officer also informed that the Prime Minister V. Hroisman is in his official visit to Brussels. The session is attended by the Cabinet in pleno, being led by the First Vice-Prime Minister Stepan Kubiv.

By the end of the hour, the ministers answered the questions from parliamentarians.
