Ukraine-NATO accords on limited access information ratified

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has taken the practical guidelines for limited access information (lai) safeguarding under bill No.0144. The law defines the lai retention periods schedule; ties-in equivalence of the security classification labels; designates appropriate authorities responsible for implementation of the accords; regulates access and providing access to lai, etc.     

Verkhovna Rada adopts recommendations to Ukraine’s foreign policy  

Under bill No.6014 the Parliament has approved the parliamentary hearing recommendations on the foreign policy of Ukraine, given by a wide range of actors.

List of first reading taken draft bills: 

On legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons. Bill No.5509 allows the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to register passports of private servants to foreign diplomatic and consular offices’ personnel in Ukraine as well as labour contract workers beyond the above personnel.

Bill No.4088 institutes a criminal liability for any attempt of incitement or inducement to suicide.
