A series of training sessions initiated by the Information Department of Verkhovna Rada was held by Business Technology Development Center within Intel education initiatives with the support of the Representative of the World Bank in Ukraine. The purpose of training was to increase the level of possession  and use of modern information technology in the field of public relations.

During the third Module, participants were particularly acquainted with modern methods and requirements for displaying information, programs of creation of  mental maps and infographics, online image editors, services for shared visualization, creation and processing of video and more.

Staffers  also attended a lecture on the themes of how to protect intellectual property rights on  the content in social networks and what is a copyright when using other people's content, posting material online (documents, images, video) and use of published material on their online resources, how to store and share information, in what ways to work with documents.

Working in small groups and individually, the trainees learned the practice of using content creation and editing, saving bookmarks of  useful resources and share.

Certificates of participation in the training program "Increasing the level of ICT-competence of employees of the Verkhovna Rada’s staff   of Ukraine" were issued to employees of the Information Department and other divisions of the Parliament.
