Dear friends,

I sincerely congratulate teachers, employees, students, postgraduates and university graduates on the 95th foundation anniversary of the establishment.

Today your University is a well-known educational establishment engaged in training highly-qualified economic specialists. It is a remarkable regional economy transformation research center, the center for entrepreneur development assistance, and a municipal and regional projects management center.

I wish all of you further fruitful work in the fields of science and education, consolidation and improvement of the country's economy.

I wish you sound health, energy and inspiration.
