On July 24, the Verkhovna Rada hosted meetings between representatives of deputy factions and groups and the delegation of the European Parliament headed by Chairman of European Parliament Committee on Foreign Affairs Elmar Brok.

At the end of the meeting Chairman of European Parliament Committee on Foreign Affairs Elmar Brok noted that the European Parliament members expressed their position and attitude to Ukraine. He noted that the European Parliament still has some worries over the ability of the coalitional political parties to ensure constitutional majority of votes during the approval of the draft law on introduction of amendments into the Constitution of Ukraine.

Brok also noted that the decentralization can ensure good future for the country and expressed hope that the Ukrainian parliamentarians will manage to ensure such decentralization.
