The draft law is aimed at introduction of single approach to setting of court fee rates, setting of founded and respectively fair court fee rates, recognizing socioeconomic situation in the state, the reduction of the number of persons exempted from payment of court fee, as well as doubling of revenues of the state budget of Ukraine from such fees.
The draft law offers to introduce amendments into the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine.
The document also offers to introduce amendments into the Law of Ukraine "On court fee" in a part of determination of the size of court fee rates, specification of the order of payment and reimbursement of the paid court fee.
The law was adopted taking in account remarks.
